These terms and conditions (these Terms) are the terms on which we, HUKD, sell activities & packages at our venues (Bookings). These Terms apply to all online bookings, group events and walk-in purchases (Bookings) made by you via this website www.hukdgolf.com (our site), corporate events and in-venue.
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your booking. All prices and timings are stated on our pages and can be selected in the booking process. We recommend you book in advance where possible to avoid disappointment on the day.
Please note that we may accept same-day bookings in person at one of our venues; however, this will be subject to availability, and bookings will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read these Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before you make a Booking.
By making a Booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and the other documents expressly referred to in them. We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on our site. Each time you make a Booking, the Terms in force at that time will apply to your Booking. Bookings are managed by our sales and booking managers within Hooked Entertainment Limited.
Online bookings will be card payment or gift card payment (where the option is available) only. If your gift card has insufficient funds to complete the transaction online, please ring 0161 729 0666 and a member of our team will assist you with your booking.
All online bookings are taken by a third-party booking provider.
Hukd stores no credit/debit card details.
Before making a Booking, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms which can be viewed via the link. If you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to proceed with your Booking.
To get the most from your experience, our simulators allow a maximum of 6 players per bay. Larger groups are required to book additional simulators. The majority of bays are left and right-handed; however, we request you make us aware of left-handed player in your group before arrival.
Venue use
Golf balls provided by Hukd must be used at all times in order to protect our screens from damage. We reserve the right to remove players not using appropriate equipment
Adult right-handed clubs and a limited range of left-handed and smaller clubs are available for use for a small fee. Junior clubs are provided FOC however, we have a small number of left-handed clubs, so please contact the venue after booking.
Sports simulator equipment is provided.
You are welcome to bring along your own clean clubs. Hukd accept no responsibility for damage to or loss of your equipment, howsoever caused.
Once you have completed your crazy golf booking, you are not permitted to re-enter the course, and all under 16’s in your group are your responsibility. At any time management reserves the right to ask those not in control of their group/children to leave.
Anti-social, dangerous or illegal actions will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove you from any Hukd venue should your behaviour be anti-social, dangerous or illegal.
We are able to deal with cancellations and refunds online and in-venue. We recommend calling our venue to discuss cancellation or refunds, so that we can provide you with the best available service.
Hukd reserves the right to require 48 hours’ notice in advance to fully refund a confirmed booking.
Hukd reserves the right to require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a booking at no charge. Any request to reschedule a booking is subject to availability.
Hukd will not offer refunds or booking amendments to ‘no-shows’.
Hukd works with Square,PayPal& Dojo for payment gateways. Their refund policy allows between 5-10 days for a refund to appear on a customer’s statement.
All website bookings are taken by a booking provider, and no credit/debit card details are stored by Hukd.
1. Gift voucher be redeemed in any HUKD venue as part as part or full payment (exclusions apply).
2. Protect this voucher and treat as cash, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
3. The voucher will expire 6 months from purchase.
4. This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or cash refunds will be given. 5. This voucher cannot be used for any financial product or service.
6 Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for Lessons & Packages.
Golf tuition is provided in Hukd venues by third-party providers, who warrant to uphold our Code of Conduct

Golf tuition can only be provided in Hukd venues by PGA Professionals or qualified coaches who have entered into an agreement with Hukd. An enhanced DBS check will be required to coach at Hukd.
Any individuals providing tuition at Hukd Golf without a formal agreement with Hukd Golf will be asked to leave the venue, and may be prevented from making future bookings.
Under-16s are welcome to use the venue before 7 pm, Monday -Sunday. After 7 pm Monday – Thursday, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Friday and Saturday after 7 pm, the venue operates an over-18s policy, and management may request ID as proof of age.
Under-14s must have adult supervision at all times when using the simulator. Crazy golf is at the discretion of the management team, who will provide clear instructions to follow.
Anti-social, dangerous or illegal actions will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove you from any Hukd venue should your behaviour be anti-social, dangerous or illegal.
We operate the Challenge 21 policy. If you are lucky enough to look under 21, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 when buying alcohol. Please ensure you have a valid form of ID to prove that you are 18 or over.
Hukd may at their discretion run any number of promotions and competitions throughout the course of the year.
Hukd reserve the right to amend or withdraw any promotion or competition without prior notification for any reason,
Promotions are not to be used in conjunction with any other discount, special offer or promotion, and will apply only to the standard prices of Hukd products or services.
Certain promotions may require the customer to provide proof of age, identification, Trackman login, a coupon or a voucher. If these are not provided when required, then the customer will not be able to claim the promotional rate or prize.
In all instances, the promotion can only be redeemed once per person.
No credit/debit card details are stored by Hukd Golf.

Hukd will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside of our reasonable control.
Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance for Hukd Golf can be made available on request, along with Risk assessments for schools and group bookings.
Hukd will update it’s terms and conditions periodically to reflect company and customer feedback
Please be aware that playing golf with real clubs and balls within a confined space is a controlled risk activity, and players do so at their own risk. We have put in place guidance at each Simulator and on the crazy golf that we require you to read through before playing.
We want you to enjoy your experience so this is for your enjoyment and safety.
Hukd cannot be held responsible for any issues that may occur through misuse, failure to follow the provided guidance or failure to use reasonable common sense etc.
Hukd cannot be held responsible for any issues or damage that may occur to personal items
Anti-social, dangerous or illegal actions will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove you from any Hukd venue should your behaviour be anti-social, dangerous or illegal and report this to the police.
CCTV is in operation in our venue for the safety of our customers and team.
You consent to take part in activities at Hukd and by doing so you declare that you understand that Hukd takes all appropriate precautions to prevent accidents.
You the customer, will take all steps to avoid accidents or damage to our property. Anything that Hukd deems as reckless behaviour that leads to damage by the customer will be charged to the customer.
You confirm that you have understood these terms and are responsible for communicating to all members of your party, and that you are sufficiently physically fit and healthy to take part in Golfing activities.
You consent that in the event of any illness/accident that any treatment can be administered to you.
You also agree to follow any safety rules set out for your own safety.
